Mechanism of Action
Aceclofenac
NSAID that inhibits cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby blocking prostaglandin synthesis and reducing pain and inflammation.
Paracetamol
Acts centrally to relieve pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS.
Serratiopeptidase
A proteolytic enzyme that degrades bradykinin, fibrin, and other inflammatory mediators to decrease edema, swelling, and stiffness.
Safety Advice
Do not consume alcohol — increases risk of stomach bleeding and liver toxicity. Consult doctor before use during pregnancy. Caution with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants.
