Indications & Uses

Mechanism of Action
Esomeprazole
Produces potent and sustained reduction of gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the proton pump.
Domperidone
Enhances gastric emptying and increases lower esophageal sphincter pressure, reducing reflux and nausea.
Safety Advice
Avoid driving if drowsy or dizzy. Use caution with alcohol. Not recommended in patients with prolactinoma or cardiac QT prolongation history.
Common Side Effects
Headache, nausea, dry mouth, abdominal cramping.
